The half-life of a decent euphemism is getting shorter over time, so you gotta keep churning them out if you want those things to stay fresh.
… or, you know, instead of desperately conjuring newer and newer jargon to hide from your own disdain, you could just stop stigmatizing the underlying behavior and people.
